A quick and easy-to-make treat for summer, these no-bake Lime Bon-Bon parfaits are a refreshing, fruity dessert that can be served chilled or frozen.
1 sleeve graham crackers, crushed to crumbs
3 TBSP butter, melted
8 oz cream cheese, softened
8 oz tub whipped topping, thawed + additional whipped topping for garnish
1/3 cup fresh lime juice (or key lime juice)
1 TBSP lime zest (optional)
1/3 cup sweetened condensed milk
Green food coloring, optional
1/2 pound Marie's Candies Lime Bon-Bons
-Melt the butter in a microwave-safe bowl and stir in the graham cracker crumbs. Press into the bottom of 6 small ramekins or pretty serving glasses.
-In a medium sized bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.
-Add the 8 oz whipped topping, lime juice, zest, and sweetened condensed milk and beat until combined and fluffy.
-Add food coloring, if desired.
-Divide the lime fluff evenly between the ramekins. Top with additional whipped topping and chopped Lime Bon-Bons
-Refrigerate or freeze, and enjoy!!!
